XpressMVP, operated by EmployAI Limited, provides rapid software development services using AI-native methodologies. We build production-grade software, typically delivered within 48 hours of passing our Commercial Truth Gate.

What belongs to you:

• Your specific idea and business concept
• The implementation and codebase we build for you
• Your customer data and business model
• Your brand and positioning

What belongs to XpressMVP:

• Sector research and market intelligence
• Competitor landscape analysis
• Methodologies, frameworks, and development processes
• Accumulated expertise from prior engagements

This is standard consulting practice. Our accumulated sector knowledge is part of the expertise we bring to every engagement and is not transferred to clients.

What's included:

• Production software delivered in under 48 hours (post Truth Gate approval)
• Core functionality: signup, booking, payment, or data capture systems
• Deployment to live environment

What's not included:

• Ongoing maintenance or support
• Hosting costs or infrastructure
• Future iterations or feature additions
• Third-party service fees or licenses

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% invoiced upon delivery of live software
• We do not invoice until your software is live and functional
• If you cancel mid-build, the deposit is retained as a kill fee
• If we determine your project is a no-go during the Truth Gate, you pay nothing beyond any initial consultation fee

All projects pass through our Commercial Truth Gate before development begins. This is a qualification process, not a formality.

• If your project doesn't pass, we will tell you directly
• A no-go decision means we believe the project is unlikely to succeed commercially
• You are not obligated to proceed, and we are not obligated to build
• There is no grey zone — projects either pass or fail

We treat your specific business idea, customer data, and strategic plans as confidential. We will not share these with third parties or use them for competing products.

However, general learnings, sector patterns, and methodological improvements derived from our work together remain our intellectual property and may inform future engagements.

XpressMVP provides software development services. We do not guarantee commercial success, market fit, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of software we develop.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
